Selecting the right size compression stockings

How do I know what size to order?

Proper fitting support stocking will give you the most therapeutic results.  It is best to measure early in the day when swelling is at its lowest.

Different product styles will require different measurements.  Each brand has unique size charts for their products.  It is important to use the correct size chart for the brand and style you have chosen.  Size chart for each specific product is available on the product details page of our listing.

How to measure?

To determine your compression stockings size, you will need the following measurements: (refer to diagram below)

Knee High Style    Thigh High & Pantyhose Style
1. ANKLE : Measure the ankle circumference at the narrowest part of the ankle, above the ankle bone - labeled (b).
2. CALF: Measure the calf circumference at the fullest part of the calf - labeled (c).
3. CALF LENGTH: Determine the calf length (A-D) by measuring from the floor up to the bend of the knee.

2. CALF: Measure the calf circumference at the fullest part of the calf - labeled (c).
3. THIGH: Measure the thigh at the widest circumference, about 2 finger widths below the crease of the buttocks (gluteal fold) - labeled (g).
4. THIGH LENGTH: Determine the thigh length (A-G) by measuring from the floor up to the gluteal fold.

Please record these measurements.  Determine your size by using the appropriate SIZE CHART for the specific brand and product you have chosen.  Size charts are located on every product details page of our listing.
