All products listed on our website are considered personal hygiene merchandise and therefore cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
We pride ourselves with providing high quality medical garments/devices from leading manufacturers. Our return policy ensures that customers are always receiving products that come straight from the manufacturers.
It is important that customers read and understand our return policy. Check your order
Upon receiving your order, please review the item received is correct and that there is no visible garment defect or damage.
Incorrect merchandise received
If you receive an item that is wrong, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with your order number and a brief explanation of the error. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item. As this is an error, we will provide you with a return shipping label to cover your shipping cost. We will send you the correct product promptly.
Defective or damage merchandise
If an item is defective or damage, please contact us at email@example.com, with your order number and a brief explanation of the problem. Please e-mail us a picture of the defective product if it is possible. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item. Upon inspection of the defective merchandise, we will be pleased to send you a replacement product or a refund.
ALL custom orders items are non-refundable.

We ship our products by Canada Post. For our valued customers, we now offer FLAT shipping fees. FREE shipping for all Canadian orders over $95. Please see table below for more details.

NOTE: If you have a prescription, and you are buying compression stockings on the written order of a medical practitioner, no taxes will be charged. Please complete your online purchase as normal and we will refund the GST/HST upon receipt of a copy of your prescription. The tax will be refunded back to the same credit card used for the order.
