Store Policies

We offer EXCHANGE for a different size or product. There is a $12 restocking fee, plus applicable shipping cost based on your location ($7.99 within Canada; $14.99 to USA; $29 for all other locations). There is also a price adjustment if your exchange product is a different price than your original purchase.

Exchanges accepted up to 40 days from date of purchase
To process your EXCHANGE, please send us an email at info@selectsocks.com. Please include your order number, the items you are returning, and a description of the new items you want to EXCHANGE for. If your exchange product is a higher price, you will be invoiced for the difference.

All items that are returned for an exchange must be unworn, in its original packaging, with tags and labels intact. Packaging must not be marked or defaced. Please ensure that returns are shipped back to us using a sturdy corrugated cardboard box to protect from damage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. See below for our mailing address.

Upon satisfactory inspection of the return merchandise, we will be pleased to process your EXCHANGE.

You will receive an invoice by E-mail for the exchange fee, shipping cost, plus any price adjustments for the exchange products. This amount can be paid using your credit card. Your EXCHANGE items will be shipped out upon the receipt of your payment.

Check your order
Upon receiving your order, please review the item received is correct and that there is no visible garment defects or damage.

Incorrect merchandise received
If you receive an item in error, please contact us at info@selectsocks.com, with your order number and a brief explanation of the error. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item. As this is an error, we will provide you with a return shipping label to cover your shipping cost.

Defective or damage merchandise
If an item is defective or damage, please contact us at info@selectsocks.com, with your order number and a brief explanation of the problem. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item. Upon inspection of the defective merchandise, we will be pleased to send you a replacement product.

Custom orders
ALL custom orders items are non-refundable.

NOTE: If you have a prescription, and you are buying compression stockings on the written order of a medical practitioner, no taxes will be charged. Please complete your online purchase as normal and we will refund the GST/HST upon receipt of a copy of your prescription. The tax will be refunded back to the same credit card used for the order.
